Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent;
Experience in related field preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Willingness to obtain necessary certifications and licenses as required.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic in a fast-paced setting.
Supervisory experience if applying for Superintendent role.
